Pico De Gallo





1 C Tomatoes (I use Roma), diced

1/2 C Red Onion, diced

2 Mini Bell Peppers (I prefer red and orange), about 1/4 C

1/8C Cilantro (leaves only), chopped

1-2 Jalapenos, minced (leave seeds, can remove if you want milder flavor)

1/2tsp. Garlic Salt*

1/2tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar

1/2tsp. White Wine Vinegar

Juice of 1 Lime (I use 2 key limes)

Dash of Cumin (Optional)


-Mix all ingredients together in bowl, cover and place in refrigerator, best after at least 1 hour (allows flavors to combine), stir before serving.

*If using regular salt, add 1/4tsp Garlic Powder
