Cinnamon Strudel Coffee Creamer

Everyone that likes coffee, usually has their favorite creamer.  I prefer not to buy mine, so I have learned to experiment with new recipes for it.

This all that is left, my husband annulated it between last night and when the post was made. The recipe yields about 2 C.


2 C Heavy Cream (can use 1/2 &1/2, or 1 C Whole Milk to 1 C other milk product)

4T Maple Syrup (the real stuff is the best)

1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract (the real stuff is the best)

1tsp. Almond Flavoring


-Pour cream into saucepan over medium/high heat.  Stir in cinnamon and maple syrup.  Continue to heat until mixture starts to steam.

-Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla and Almond Extract

-I usually allow mine to cool a little, then strain through mesh sieve (can use Flour sack towel, cheese cloth, or even this kitchen towel)

-Pour into glass container, refridgerate.

*This is only good for 1-2 weeks, there are no preservatives in this mixture
