Pulled Pork Lo-Mein with BBQ Teriyaki Sauce

If you are like me, and make way to much pulled pork, then this recipe is a way to make pulled pork sandwiches in a different way.  The kiddos and family love this, so I must say its a good way to turn one meal into two.

Pulled Pork Lo-mein


2 Small Carrots, cut small

1 Stalk of Celery, cut small

1C Cabbage, finely chopped

1/2 Large Onion, cut small

1T Olive Oil

1tsp. Seasoning Salt

1 1/2-2 C Pulled Pork

Noodle of choice

Teriyaki Sauce- https://junecleaver21stcenturystyle.wordpress.com/?s=teriyaki+sauce


  1. Heat oil in large skillet, add salt, carrot, celery, cabbage, onion.  Sauté for about 7 minutes, until cabbage and onion soften.

  2. In bowl or mix bbq and teriyaki sauces together, add to skillet, add in pulled pork.

3.  Bring mixture to boil, let boil about 3-5 minutes or until sauce thickens.  Cover, remove from heat.  Let sit at least 10 minutes, this will allow the other vegetables to soften a bit.

  1. Cook noodles per package directions, pour skillet mixture over pasta. Enjoy!
