Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings


12 Chicken Wings

1/3 C Parmessan Cheese, grated

Dry Rub:

1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley

1tsp. Oregano

1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt

1/2 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin


2T Butter, melted

1T Olive Oil

3 Cloves Garlic, minced

1tsp. Dijon Mustard (optional)


  1. Mix dry ingredients together, sprinkle over chicken wings.

  2. Place wings in baking pan, bake 425 for 20-30 minutes, or until wings aree golden brown.

  3. Melt butter and mix wet ingredients together.

  4. Shake cooked wings in wet ingredients. I use a Tupperware type container with lid for this. Sprinkle the cheese on top of wings.

serve with your favorite dip (blue cheese, ranch or other)
