Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs






1 lb Ground Beef (leaner the better)

1lb Ground Pork

1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs

1/2C Parmesan Cheese, grated

1T Worchestershire Sauce

1T Yellow Mustard

1/8 C Sour Cream (can use 1/4C milk instead)

1 Large Egg

1tsp Tabasco Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice)

1T Minced Garlic

1/4tsp Garlic Salt

1/2tsp Salt

1/4-1/2tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

Mozzarella Cheese Balls (can use shredded, but balls are easier to use)

2 T Olive Oil


1.  Pour Olive Oil in 13X9 in pan, spread it around.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  In medium mixing bowl mix all other ingredients together, except mozzarella cheese.  Once everything is well blended.  Form into 1 inch balls, using your finger create a hole, fill with cheese and cover over with meat.  Place in baking dish.  Bake 30-35 minutes until done.

  1. Serve with pasta and sauce or on a roll as a meatball sandwich.  Enjoy!
