I baked pumpkin last fall and froze it for baby food. I did add green beans simply because I had some in the fridge that needed to be cooked. I’ve made all the food my kiddos have eaten, never bought store bought, so here is the most recent combination made.
about 2C cooked/puréed Pumpkin
2T Chia Seed
2C cooked Green Beans
Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight container for about three days in fridge, 1 month freezer.
Can thicken with oatmeal ground down, or baby oatmeal.
