Cheesecake Filled Strawberries


1 pound Large Strawberries
8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese (softened)
3-4 T Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring (can use almond)
Graham Cracker Crumbs

-Rinse off strawberries, cut of stems and hull out (paring knife will do this)
-Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla flavoring, this is easier with a mixer but can be done by hand.
-Add mixture to piping bad (I use a Ziploc), pipe into strawberries and dip filled end in crumbs

Good for about a day, but whom could make them last that long
