Mini Pepper Jelly Eggrolls

 

Ingredients:
18-20 Wonton Wrappers (room temp)
4 oz. Cream Cheese (slightly softened)
2 T Pepper Jelly (I use 3 pepper jelly, but have also used Strawberry Jalapeno jelly)
Water

Directions:
1.  Mix cream cheese and jelly together.
2.  Spoon about 1 tsp. of mix into center of wonton wrapper.
3.  Roll up into eggroll
4.  Fry in pan 5-6 min until golden brown and crispy. (these cook quick so only cook about 5 at a time to avoid burning)  Place on paper towel to drain.

Can deep fry at 350 for 5-6 min.
