Homemade Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients:
2 T Vegetable Oil
2 T Flour
1 -1/1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Dried Cilantro
1/4 tsp. Oregano (optional)
1-2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2-1 T Cornstarch
2 C Chicken Broth

Directions:
-Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.  Add flour, stirring constantly for about 1 min.  Add rest of dry ingredients.
-Once mixed, slowly add broth.  Stir well until all sure there are no lumps.
-Reduce heat to low and cook 15 min, stirring occasionally

I used bacon grease and coconut oil for oil
Use immediately, or store in air tight container for about one week

REMEMBER THERE ARE NO PRESERVATIVES IN THIS SO IT WILL GO BAD QUICK
