18 Cayenne Peppers (if using dried, allow to sit in hot water until they are moist again)
1 1/2 C. White Vinegar
1-2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Dried Minced Onion (Can use 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder)
-Remove tops off peppers, and cut peppers up.
-Add all ingredients into small pot
-Bring to boil over medium heat for 20-25 min.
-Remove from heat, until its cool enough to place into food processor.
-Grind everything together
-Place back into pot and simmer for about 15 min
-Put through mesh stainer to remove all but the liquid
-Place in airtight container
Keep in fridge to maintain freshness
