Italian Stuffed Mushrooms


1 lb. white button mushrooms *stems removed
1/2 lb. Sage breakfast sausage (can use ground Italian sausage)
1/3 C Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C Italian bread crumbs
2 T minced parsley *if using dried only use 1T

-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
-In a baking dish place mushrooms top town *I use a 13/9in
-In bowl combine rest of ingredients until well mixed
-Spoon mix into tops of mushrooms
*Can top mix with a few pieces of parmesan cheese if you desire
-Bake for 30 minutes
-Serve warm
